How our review process works
When a story touches an animal's health, a credentialed reviewer reads it for accuracy before publication, checks claims against current veterinary consensus, and signs off by name. Reviewed articles carry a "Medically reviewed" badge with the reviewer's credentials. We update or correct stories as the science changes — and we date every update so you can see when.
